North Carolina Broker, Kathy Baker has been involved in real estate for over 24 years. In 1999 Kathy was introduced to Judy LaDeur. Upon implementation of Judy’s philosophy, recruiting and training systems, she consistently recruited an average of 4-6 experienced agents per month and has been instrumental in growing her company into one of the Top 100 Firms in the nation. Kathy has also implemented a Mentor and Coaching programs for newly licensed agents which have enabled many to earn over $100,000.00 their first year in the industry. |

In 2009, Kathy joined REMAX University as a consultant and trainer. Confident that systems are the key to successfully growing, strengthening and maintain both her office and the real estate industry, Kathy joined Judy LaDeur as a Trainer, Coach, Speaker and Consultant. Kathy currently represents JLI as a corporate trainer at RE/MAX LLC with the Broker 101 training course and also appears frequently on RE/MAX University.
Kathy believes the key to success is based strongly on teamwork, attitude and leadership. As any Coach knows, success comes from planning, practicing and implementing the right plan of action.
As a consultant and trainer in the real estate industry, Kathy’s passion to share her knowledge combined with her energy, humor and southern hospitality, results in a recipe for true success in recruiting managing and profitability.
